Return Policy

1. Eligibility & Timeframe
Returns are accepted within a strict 15-day period from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in resalable condition with all original packaging and materials. Clearance, final sale, custom-made, or personalized items cannot be returned.

2. Return Process & Fees
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us before sending anything back. Returns without an RMA may be refused.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any loss in product value.

  • restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns.

3. Refunds
After we receive the item and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed, minus any applicable restocking fees and original shipping charges.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
You must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items to us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence. For errors on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return: costumized sets, Flash Sales, and assembled parts.
